Shipping is Free! Our return policy makes product returns free and easy. If you’re within your trial period, get in touch with us at sleep@mattresscentralwv.com with your order number, and we'll get your mattress return started. For mattress purchases which include free accessories such as pillows, mattress protector, and sheets, you may keep, donate, or dispose of the products as you choose. The value of your free items will not be deducted from the total value of your mattress return, regardless of what you choose to do with them. If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, we're unable to refund the shipping fees you paid for your original delivery.

Puffy.com ("Puffy™", “Puffy™ Mattress”, “we”, “us”) provides the original owner/purchaser of our Puffy™ Mattress (“you”) with a lifetime warranty (“warranty”) against certain product defects during the full period of the original owner’s ownership and use. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace it with a then current comparable model and size of your Puffy™ Mattress. For the entire lifespan of your Puffy™ Mattress, we will replace your bed with a brand new Puffy™ Mattress free of charge. To qualify for the Puffy™ lifetime warranty: Your Puffy™ Mattress must be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or base.
